These Regulations define the conditions, rules and method of sale and execution of contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the Store. The Polish version is binding.
§ 3 Prices and orders
All offers presented are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract. The final price is shown in the order confirmation.
§ 4 Order fulfillment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the goods are shipped to the Buyer. A VAT invoice is issued for each order.
