1. General Provisions

The Warrantor grants a warranty for goods sold through the online store https://techniline.com for the period specified in the product description.

The warranty covers free repair or replacement of the product with a new, defect-free one. In the event that repair or replacement is not possible, the Warrantor may refund the purchase price.

Important: This warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Consumer's rights under the statutory warranty for defects (implied warranty) pursuant to Article 558 of the Polish Civil Code.

2. Warranty Period

  • For Consumers – the warranty period begins on the day the goods are delivered to the Consumer or to a third party indicated by the Consumer.
  • For Entrepreneurs – the warranty period begins on the day the risk passes to the Buyer.

The warranty period is extended by the time required for repair. In the case of replacement of the product with a new one or a significant repair – the warranty period starts anew.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear of consumables (batteries, carbon brushes, seals, bulbs, etc.)
  • mechanical, thermal, flooding, or lightning damage
  • defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or use contrary to the user manual
  • repairs, modifications or alterations made by third parties
  • damage occurring during transport if the Customer did not report the damage to the carrier
  • products modified or programmed to individual order

4. Complaint Procedure

A complaint should be submitted by e-mail or post. The notification should include a description of the defect and contact details.

The Warrantor will process the complaint and repair the defect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (or a longer period agreed with the Customer).

The Consumer bears the cost of shipping the claimed goods to the Warrantor, unless the Warrantor agrees to cover the costs.

5. Final Provisions

This warranty does not exclude the Consumer's rights under the statutory warranty. In all matters not regulated by this warranty, the provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.

Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be resolved by the court competent for the Warrantor's registered office (for Entrepreneurs) or the court competent under general jurisdiction rules (for Consumers).

This warranty is valid from May 01, 2026.
