VAT ID: PL7963007531 | e-mail:
A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract with the Seller has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14-day period starts from the day on which the Consumer (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer) takes physical possession of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy the Consumer’s individual needs (e.g. custom-made products, modified electronic modules, engraved items).
How to withdraw from the contract?
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

Refund
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall reimburse the Consumer for all payments received, no later than within 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or the Consumer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method.
Return of goods
The Consumer is obliged to return the goods without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent back before the 14-day period expires.
