1. Prepayment via Proforma Invoice (Bank Transfer)
This is the standard form of payment for all orders (domestic and international).
- How it works: Once your order is placed and verified, an email with proforma invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.
- Order Processing: Your order will be processed for shipping immediately after the funds are credited to our bank account.
- Transfer Details: All necessary details (account number, recipient information, and transfer title) are provided on the issued Proforma invoice.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Domestic Shipments Only
We offer the option to pay the courier in cash or by card at the moment of delivery.
- Availability: This payment method is available exclusively for orders delivered within Poland.
- Speed of Delivery: Choosing this method allows for the fastest dispatch, as we do not need to wait for a bank transfer to clear.
- Fees: A COD service fee may be applied by the carrier. Any such fee will be clearly displayed in your cart summary before you finalize the order.
Security and Documentation
- Transaction Security: The payment process takes place directly within your own banking system or with the courier. Our store does not act as an intermediary for banking logins, meaning we never have access to your passwords or sensitive login credentials.
- Transparency: All costs associated with your chosen payment method are clearly visible in the shopping cart before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
- VAT Invoice: We issue a full VAT invoice for every order. It will be sent electronically or included with your shipment, according to your preference. All invoices are issued as structured e-invoices and registered in the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF) in accordance with local tax regulations.
